Our holiday cottages are situated around sunny courtyards close to the Burn. Look out for herons, kingfishers or eels, or just sit and enjoy the water rippling past. Granary Cottage is ideal for families; the others are perfect for couples. All have been sensitively converted from traditional stone farm buildings and are comfortably furnished with all the facilities of a modern home. We have a games room with table tennis and pool, and books, games and DVDs to borrow.
Short breaks available, and up to two dogs welcome at an extra charge.
Owl Cottage
With its own courtyard and garden, Owl accommodates 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, a twin room and a super king size room that can be split into twin beds on request. Separate bathroom.
Upstairs is an en-suite king size bedroom (shower only) and a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
The cottage is equipped with all modern appliances and a selection of toys, games and DVDs
Heron Cottage
1 bedroom single storey cottage with double bed and bathroom.
Heron cottage overlooks the gently flowing stream and the fields beyond. It has an open plan living area with a stone fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player; and a kitchen with all modern appliances. There is one large bedroom which has a double and a single bed.
Parking is available next to the cottage.
Otter Cottage
1 bedroom single storey cottage with double bed and bathroom.
A cosy cottage full of character which was formerly a stable. This cottage is ideal for couples, and is situated around a courtyard near to a gently flowing stream.
Hare Cottage
1 bedroom single storey cottage with double bed and shower room.
This cottage has a shower room suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
