High Rowantree Farm is in the North Pennines Natural Landscape. This beautiful location is in a popular area for walkers and cyclists. It is in an ideal location to discover all that the North Pennines has to offer. If you prefer you can relax in the cottage and enjoy the view

The property was originally an agricultural building which has been recently converted to create a comfortable and contemporary space. We have plenty of onsite free parking.

There is a double bedroom with hanging and drawer space. The living area has a log burner with a basket of kindling, logs and firelighters supplied. Perfect for a cosy night in. There is an additional double sofa bed.

Guests can use the space in front of the cottage to enjoy wonderful views of the farm and beyond. Guests are welcome to meet the alpacas and feed them some carrot treats. Dogs are very welcome, however as there is livestock on the farm, we do ask for dogs to be kept on a lead.
